The size of the hall is 30 m by 18 m, it is 4.70 m high and can provide 500 seats. There is a possibility to build a stage of up to 6 m by 6 m, the hall has an electric acoustic system and air conditioning. It can be reorganized into a mobile press centre which can serve up to 300 journalists. The hall is suitable for seminars, conferences, chamber scenes, fashion shows.

It has 200 seats, an independent sound system, local air conditioning, a presentation screen.

Its main purpose is to hold press conferences, seminars, training sessions, company events.

Palace Gallery is a multi-functional hall. It is used for organizing exhibitions of famous artists and authors, over a hundred annually. It is suitable for holding seminars, fashion shows and chamber events. It has an independent sound system, air conditioning.

Stenopis (Mural) Foyer is the most beautiful and unique part of The Palace of Culture and Sports. The incredible mural of the world-famous artist Stoimen Stoilov and the rich winter garden with over 500 natural flowers create a unique atmosphere for holding small company parties, cocktails and receptions.

Congress Hall has four offices which can be used as working spaces by organizing committees, federations, supervisors, technical delegates. The offices are equipped with office and upholstered furniture, telephone, fax and Internet lines.

In the close proximity of Congress Hall there are six fully equipped changing rooms (make-up rooms). Each of them has its own toilet and bathroom. Some of them have a separate massage box.
